The “Alle Roncole” inn is situated in a rural house built in the early years of the XIX century. For many years, this house was used as “Casa del popolo” (the people’s house): a social hangout where the people of the village used to meet and where the grandfathers of the current owner already worked.
The building, completely renewed without betraying its original structure, has nothing in common with traditional hotels and their rustic or pompous furnishings: the Locanda alle Roncole has sophisticated atmospheres and discreet elegance.
The inn is situated in the centre of Roncole Verdi, a little village in the neighborhood of Busseto, very close to the native house of Giuseppe Verdi. It is surrounded by the typical parmesan countryside called “Bassa”(the countryside at the north of Parma, between the town between the town and the Po river is called “Bassa”), as it is decribed in Giovannino Guareschi’s books.
The attention to detail is evident: soft tones colors and period furnishings with comfortable sofas. Every detail was studied to give a sophisticated and cozy ambience.
The inn was conceived to enjoy the “retro taste” which characterizes its structure and its furnishings, without renouncing to modern comforts. The locand’s atmosphere is always characterized by cordiality and hospitality.
A rich Italian or American breakfast is served to our guests.

Five rooms have been obtained at the first floor of the main building, above the restaurant and beside the ballroom. Each one is characterized by a dominant color and well-finished interiors.
The stair BIn addition to the rooms located in the main building, the inn has other five rooms in a small building situated behind the restaurant.
Two flats with kitchenettes are available, too. Each one can accommodate up to 4 people.
Lunch and dinner at the Restaurant or in the pizzeriaGuests, independently of the type of room they occupy, can choose a half or a full board solution, with a reserved menu at the Restaurant or at the Pizzeria Alle Roncole.
The prices listed below for the different solutions refer to one room and include breakfast.
